Le Saotico is probably my favorite restaurant in Paris! Anne is very welcoming. She speaks excellent English and Hugues is a master chef, creating consistently delicious dishes, accommodating special dietary issues, great wine and reasonable prices. Always a pleasure to return for a delectable meal, fine wine and good company.

Duck confit and steak tartare were very good. Steak was ok. Duck breast was completely overdone. We would have asked for it to be made again but the server never came to our table until it was time to ask for a tip.
