Cadre sympathique, cuisine élégante et simple avec un travail intéressant sur les saveurs. La patronne gagnerait à être plus 'souple' dans ses prises de commande, ca fait un contraste un rien gênant avec tout le reste.
Le Saotico is probably my favorite restaurant in Paris! Anne is very welcoming. She speaks excellent English and Hugues is a master chef, creating consistently delicious dishes, accommodating special dietary issues, great wine and reasonable prices. Always a pleasure to return for a delectable meal, fine wine and good company.
